Casting Instructions for 'Release Tension Spell'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Wine glass
  • Water
  • Sodalite

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Wine glass
  • Water
  • Sodalite
Put water into wine glass. Have all people involved touch the sodalite close to the time the spell is cast. Drop the sodalite into the water and stir while chanting:
Ripples and strife,
Problems in life,
Smooth out the peace,
May our troubles cease.

Then put the glass in a place where it won't be disturbed.
