1. With the ice/snow hold it in each hand for 1 minute at a time, increasing minute by minute. Practice that for about a year or as long as you want.
2. Take cold showers or baths. Don't automatically jump into a freezing cold bath or shower, ease into it. Start with your regular shower or bath tempreture and decrease it each time little by little.
3. Try to handle the cold as much as you can.
4. Chant to the goddess of ice and snow, Khione.

~Don't torture yourself with the cold
~Wear winter attire if you really have to (which is pretty much all the time in the winter season, so do so)
~Ease into the cold as best as you can, as stated in the first warning: don't torture yourself
~If you feel that you can't do it, don't force yourself do, as you could get hurt
