Yes and no. You can charge your energy and think ''Go away'' with enough force the person will become uncomfortable around you and leave you alone, but it takes practice to get right. I would not point my wand at a classmate or coworker mainly because someone will see and this will bring unwanted attention to you which is the opposite of what you want. If you can acquire a photo of this person, then you could try casting a banishing in the safety of your home. You also need to consider if this person is signaling you out for a specific reason. If they are, it would require more effort than a simple ''Go away'' to get rid of them. I would also consider talking to the person, but I understand if circumstances prevent that. If this is a bully or other individual where a simple ''Please leave me alone'' will not suffice, consider an invisibility spell to shield your energy from them, a banishing and a binding. If this is a bully, I would also report the behaviour to an adult. Magik uses the path of least resistance to achieve spells and you need to put in mundane effort to make it happen. If you are being harassed and cast a binding, there is a high chance the person will be bound by receiving a punishment. They could be caught in the act, but the odds of receiving justice is higher if you speak up about the issue.
