  • feather
  • nail polish (light blue)
  • blue candle

1. Light the candle

2. Brush your nails with the feather, reciting, "Element of air, set my mind free like the winds that blow over earth and sea. So I can see black from white. So I can know right from wrong. As I will it, so mote it be."

Repeat chant as much as you like.

3. Apply nail polish

4. Blow out the candle

For best effect perform spell during full moon.
