Has this spell actually work for anyone?

sorry, for me, i think no. I believe all sort of rules is already processed by gods/goddess/watcher/trinity/the shining ones/primodial one/most higher self, yet if somebody claim he/she must be hurt, because of his/her wrong doing, it just a trickster person followed by liar spirit. We are all just human (even though somebody might doing hermitage) cannot thinking like what gods/goddess thinking, having universal law is Super complicated. then for me, i just easily believe 'what bad person do to me, if the whole condition is same, he/she will exactly experience the same as he/she do to me', but once again, I cannot measure about the whole condition. so for better, we just leave it(except it is for your survival).now if somebody punch thieves because they steal the fish from the sick old thin hungry fisherman, is that consider wrong doing? of course no, so they get karmic for punching? if in later life the puncher do the same as the thieves do, then he will experience the same, this is the true meaning of karmic.
