  • A bowl of ice water

  • A bowl of ice water
Light the candle and place it behind the bowl of water, light one part of your dummy and let it burn then drop it into the water. Think if the reasons why you want revenge on this person and nothing else. Meditate for a minute keeping these thoughts in mind, then leave the water until all the ice has melted completely.
