Draw the face of the person that you wish to curse on the doll. Imagine all of the pain that person has caused you transferring from your hands to the doll. Chant these words 10 times: "Please, please, mote it be, let this pain escape from me. Curse the bringer of my sorrow, make them disappear tomorrow."
