Think of the place you want to go. Imagine your body as dust, and then imagine your body floating to that destination. Close your eyes and focus on this. You should be able to physically feel your body getting lighter for a moment. Open your eyes.

You cannot physical teleport, real magick doesn't contradict nature. Look into astral projection if you want to ''teleport''

What kind of spells are you trying? If they are spells like teleportation, or transformation spells, they aren't real and so you won't see results. The other reason why you may not be seeing results, is if you aren't waiting long enough for a Likely spell to manifest, or you aren't successfully releasing the energy.

How do you create energy to teleport? And how long does it take for the energy to happen

You cannot physically teleport. Look into astral projection. Regarding how long that takes, it depends. You need to have a regular meditation routine then be able to get into a deep enough state to project. I would suggest once you project to take some time wandering your room and home to get use to the sensation before traveling any farther. Once you're comfortable, you can go anywhere.
