(Still seeks medical guidance, especially in an emergency illness occours then do this spell if you feel you are not in critical condition)

1. In addition, peel and bruise one clove of garlic.

2. Rub it on your naked body from head to foot (note; one clove should be sufficient but use more if necessary.

3. Throw the used garlic into the living waters that is flowing away from your home.

4. Wash when you start to smell real bad. :D lol
