Earth ball

Go outside and feel out the energy of the Earth.Create a regular psi ball. Try to extract the Earth. Then merge that with the psi ball. Imagine it becoming stone. Fill your hands with ki. Using that ki as a propellent, throw the ball. Upon hitting the target you can imagine the ball shattering,ect.
