you cannot become a vampire, and even if you could, simply stating you could be wouldn't make you one [just like claiming you're a chair wouldn't make you one] if you want to dress and act like a vampire, fine, but realize physical dracula vampires don't exist. [i'm not saying astral, or psi vampires aren't real, just the pop culture ones everyone seems to be focusing on]
