So, in your mind imagine a door. Walk in and you will find 4 elements. Choose which one is most special to you. Once you choose your element, say '' Dragon in the dark night sky, listen well and you will go far.'' Then you will see your element drago in front of you. You may talk to it as much as you want. It will tell you good advice and your future. BUT REMEMBER you must walk out some kind of door (could even be a cage) when you leave. Then you may open your eyes.

sounds like a very simplistic guided meditation to connect with an elemental Dragon. might work for some.

What if something disturb us in that state, and we don't even 'walk out some kind of door'?

do you know ''the basics''? can you meditate, visualize, and focus? can you charge, shield and ground energy? can you make psi balls? you need to be able to charge and direct energy as well as focus an visualize your desired outcome for a spell to work, otherwise, you're just saying words. [also, depending on the spell it could be a dud, either it's a spell that is fake and doesn't work, or the spell is flawed in the execution and needs an edit]

I saw one and she was really nice to me!

You do not have an inner dragon, but you could edit this and use it in a meditation to connect with your dragon guides.
