A simple spell I created when I had a stomach cramp.

Casting Instructions for 'Crystal Pain Relief'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 clear(or rose)quartz
  • Visualization

Steps:

1. Place quartz on area of pain.
2. Visualize the pain as a red liquid flowing from your body into the quartz.
3. Tell your pain to leave your body I say ''pain into the rock''.
