Clear your mind and feel the energy around you. Ground and center then start to move the energy Into your hands to form a psy ball. Give the ball a protective energy and allow the ball to expand around yourself. Once it's at the desired size feel it stop and pulse the desired energy. Feel the air stop and feel at peace.
