You need to do more than say ''i want luck'' for something to be a spell. Imagine what good fortune looks like to you, charge energy, say the chant, releasing the energy. That would be a simple spell. This is just words. I would edit this spell and make a good luck charm to carry. If this works, it would not work for long since the energy will return to the Earth after a day or two.
