channeling tips?

I've been working on my relationship with Hekate, and I think I've reached a point with her where I can try to channel her, or parts of her. But before I try, does anyone have any suggestions or tips? I have crystals, white candles and some recipes I can make for making edible offerings.

crystals, candles, and other attributes are needed in the first stages for you. for your setup. The alcohol used in some invocations is needed to relax the brain, and the incense is associated with the spirit and brings you to its vibrations. In the future, you won't need these things, and you can summon Hecate or any other God-level spirit whenever you want.
One tip: it's better not to summon a God-level spirit to yourself. Otherwise, the excess that will be experienced by the hormonal system of the body and, accordingly, the release of chemistry into the body (and this is a direct and inverse consequence of the "chemistry-emotions" scheme), will lead to an overload of the psyche and the physical body. This is why it is said that the most common illness among evocation/invocation magicians is heart attack and stroke.Imagine trying to fit a huge skyscraper inside of you. The easiest way to enter this skyscraper is through a door. Enter the astral realm of Hecate.
