Can someone do a spell to make the love of my life of 13 years come to me? He likes to play games with my head and my heart I just want him to realize this is where he needs to be
Aside from the fact that trying to force someone to love you using magic is generally a bad idea for many reasons (if it works at all), I'd suggest sitting down and thinking hard about whether this person is the right person for you at this point in time. If he constantly plays games with your head and heart, that sounds like the relationship would be abusive. The cycle of abuse can be extremely difficult to break out of, so I'd stay away from that. Magic most likely won't make him change his ways. He has to realize that his behavior is hurtful and work on himself to fix it if possible.
My dear, how about a love spell that would attract someone who would actually love you and respect you? More like a love energy attraction spell? Heal, get away from that person and embrace a fresh perspective, after which perform a spell of attracting love. If you'd like that, I know a spell. I usually recommend buying a pack that has everything in it, but you can also do it yourself :D Let me know your thoughts on it!

Love spells are a possibility, but they are not necessary. If it is for hopes of controlling an outcome or sheer desperation it won't guarantee the desired result. Just because it can be doesn't mean it should be. As a user of many love spells I must say if I had known then how things would turn out I wouldn't have started any spell of the sort as it caused greater heartbreak in the end.
