Is there any spell or way to undo a day old mistake or a few days old I can't find anything out there

It really depends on what sort of a mistake we are talking about. There are indeed a great many things in life that can not be undone. At least not in the sense of erasing them as if they never happened. In magic, likewise once a spell or working has been sent out into the aether it is out-there and no longer a part of you. What's done has been done.

However, also like in life, once a person has realized a mistake they can work to retract past actions, correct choices, and (when needed) perform reparations. In life, sometimes it is as simple a process as admitting "I was wrong, and I am sorry. [Here's what I have learned so I can try to not let it happen again.] "

In magic, this is reflected in actively re-gathering the energies of the working, releasing the intent, and otherwise grounding or sending away the working in peace. Naturally with a repeat of offerings previously made to any deities/beings you called on, to also release them in peace.

You can not erase or remove the actions and choices of the past. But you can learn from their results, grow, and make reparations by showing yourself as a better person than you were.

One of the challenging lessons of life is that there are no take-backsies. Only move forwards-ies with lessons learned.
