Can you tell us how experienced you are in actually using magic and spells?

outside of magic influence, when presenting your case to a court of law, you have to give them all of the evidence that you have to show that the placement of the child would be in their best interest.

I would request that the child have a Guardian Ad Litem, this way you have a legal counselor working for the child, not you or the grandparent. Then you will want to present what area service providers will be an option for your niece. Such as, research and have a list of Doctors, medical, dental, psychologist, therapy, OT/PT or any other support services they might need. Research any community activities in your area that the child can participate in to help nurture a healthy social avenue, such as sports, girl scouts, summer camps and programs, karate or music lessons. Research the school if the child would have to change schools, what does their IEP plans look like? Will Special Education services be needed? The more research and information you present to the court shows that you have the child's best interest in mind. Going in and just pointing out how the other party is hurting the child won't get you anywhere because its a he said/she said situation and there may not be any evidence. If there is stuff you can offer that the other party can't, that puts you in a better position for placement.

Also, you don't need to provide details but what is the long-term goal in this? Is reunification measures in place? visitation, child case plan, CPS services, respite or family team meetings? Is this long term with intent to adopt? Where are the child's parents and what is the plan for their involvement? Parental termination? If you are presenting current options and your long term understanding of what the goals are for the child, you are showing that you want to be a supportive placement, regardless of what the plan is long term, and you want to be there to support this child.

In terms of magic, others might chime in with some helpful protection or confidence spells. I believe having the right research done, will put you in a better position to offer for placement.

Good luck

OK, as you are new to this let's go with something fairly uncomplicated in terms of magical interventions.

First off, listen to the post that Kaurora made. Magical workings are always best when supported with good mundane actions to help support your case. I would especially recommend going with her suggestion of getting a Guardian at Litem to act as a legal spokesperson for the child, herself. This can be especially valuable if the child is at or near an age where she can state her own choices.

Now, magical things to try.

There are some 7-day candles carried by the shop on this site that are charged to provide success in legal workings. With these you could start burning a candle six days before the court hearing so that it is finishing up on the day of the hearing. When you light the candle, hold it in your hands and think hard on what is the best outcome for the child in this situation. Push that energy into the candle and light it. Every day that the candle is burning, take a few moments and do the same visualization and energy work. Here's the link to the candle: https://www.spellsofmagic.com/shop_details.html?c=C&s=Ja...

Alternatively you could try one of the spell kits on here. There is one that is aimed specifically at success in court at https://www.spellsofmagic.com/shop_details.html?c=R&s=Sp...

There are also a variety of magical interventions suggested at this site: https://www.luckymojo.com/courtcase.html You might give them a look to see what sorts of working will be best in your specific case.

I hope all works out well for you and particularly for your niece.

My sister in law is homeless and we are trying to help her get a place of her own so that she can have her kids with her. My niece's father is in jail for the next 3 years. We have been taking care of my niece since she was 5 days old. When the father got sent to jail, his mother asked for her for the summer vacation and then went behind everyone's back and filed for physical custody. We love my niece and hate seeing her suffer. We would love to have her in a stable home long term. Her paternal grandmother is only using her as a meal ticket from the state. We were not aware of any legal proceedings until the grandmother informed us that she had physical custody.
