I've used subliminals when meditating and some casting. Has anyone used subliminals before or even have considered them? Not talking about fluff/impossible subs.
I've attempted subliminals, but I've never stuck around long enough for them to truly work in my opinion. Theoretically, though, I think they have a lot of potential in terms of positive affirmations and law of attraction type work.
Subliminals? Like repeating a phrase or word to charge it and have it stuck in your subconscious? I use affirmations and chants more, but they can work. One belief about magick is you need to forget about a casting, so I can see how a subliminal message could work. Though, I think their effectiveness depends on how much energy you put in [kind of like chanting, if you read the phrase once, it probably won't work. If you work yourself into a rhythm and repeat it multiple times, you build a bunch of energy thus increasing its chances of success]
Sometimes I use them as background melody while casting my spells to achieve a state of mind concentrated on my intent (one of many ways
I also use them as additional means of manifestation, for example, when I'm not casting or in between castings. I do believe that the best way to manifest things is to attack it by all means and directions. If I work with demons in addition to casting my spells, as well as meditating over it, why shouldn't I also use other means such as subliminals?
They are basically repeated affirmations that are supposed to help you achieve a state of mind that projects your intent into the universe in an affirmative way, so it can definitely help.
I personally wouldn't rely only on subliminals for my manifestations but it definitely wouldn't do any harm. I actually also find that as a nice meditative tool for beginners who can't quite cast spells yet - I tell them to see if they can use others means of manifestation and projecting their intentions into the universe.
