So I am crushing in this evil character on a live action Tv show. I want to know how I can dream of him because the actor willl never meet me.Do you know how?

You can practice lucid dreaming. It is a practice that enables you to control your dreams ie. to let you see and feel what you want in your dreams . There are many articles in this site that offer some information about lucid dreaming. Maybe this can help you.

You could use a dream spell. Like Shakti said, you could try lucid dreaming, but this can take time to master. An easier method is to use a specific spell. However, you have to be precise about it, or you could end up with something completely different than what you expected. What I like to use is Sigil Magick to let me control my dreams.
