Evicting A Roommate
By:
Hi! I hope all of you are well!

I need help getting rid of my boyfriend's roommate. I lived with my boyfriend and his depressed, substance abusing roommate for about 6 months until I moved out a week ago. The roommate's energy is very overwhelming and uncomfortable. He is unwell and I sense that he is dangerous. I burned a protection candle to calm the energy and for the protection of me and my boyfriend, next thing you know, my spirit got me out of that house and moved me to a safe space! I moved out of state, but my boyfriend is still there.

Since I left, the roommate has gotten worse and is showing signs of violence. He smashed his garden and threw beer bottles everywhere. I am now miles and miles away. Does anyone know how I can effectively get that evil spirit out of the house? Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

First things first... Does your boyfriend feel the same way that you do? Does he want this person gone? What legal steps has your boyfriend taken to get this person out of their residence? Is the lease in both names or only your boyfriend's name. Has he reported the episodes of illegal substances and property destruction to the police? While magic can help, it works best when combined with mundane actions.

You can try a honey jar spell to sweeten him up and to make the situation better

I don't see a way to force someone to leave more effective than direct confrontation with the person.

There are, of course, things like hot foot powder. But within the same home, that brings risk to the others who also live there.

If the place is rented, then a plea with property management may be in order: The person is destroying rented property, and you do not want him to lose everyone's chance of getting the deposit back, or however you can word it with the property management. If the place is owned, then hopefully the person has signed a lease or rental agreement of some sort. That can be taken to a judge with photographs, for an eviction order.

I will say this about the possible state of mind of the person: It seems he might be at least somewhat using the substance as a coping mechanism for his emotional state, which he is not willing to address more directly. In such cases, it can compound issues. It's an aspect of my own practice, and why I definitely suggest professional help: Coping in a way wrong for a person can lead to a worse condition. And just meds won't always help. The person must learn to deal with their own inner world in order to get any sort of better.

I agree with the above posts. I've dealt with breaking bonds with someone recently and I remember how I felt spiritually drained every time they left my apartment. Cutting people off like this at the source is the best way to do it. For my situation I cut the person from my life and followed up with several home cleanses: sage, cedar, and palo santo smudging mixed with floor washes and rebuilding protection jars. However if the roommate or the boyfriend does not leave the current living arrangement than this method is all in vain.

I believe mundane and legal actions may have to be pursued first.

It sounds more like your boyfriend might have to evict the person, that might not be fun.
Why don't you ask your boy friend to move with you.

You could try burning a picture of the person, mixing the ashes in sea salt and imaging the person leaving your life. Dump the ashes and sea salt outside somewhere and forget about the spell
