When I was learning, I looked up a bunch of Quizlet sets to practice with. It's like virtual flashcards but better, and an account is free. They have pre-created sets of tarot flashcards that include the reversals.

There are so many ways to better remember all the cards in a tarot deck.

If you are using a well-documented deck, such as the Rider-Waite-Smith deck, or one based very closely on it, there are great resources such as books, web sites, and more.

If you're using a somewhat less common deck, say, an oracle deck (entirely dependent on the creator of the deck for its meanings), or one which has strayed from typical imagery and meaning, then anything from that deck's creators should be there to aid you. I generally advise avoiding divination decks with no documentation whatsoever, especially when starting out.

So, once you've decided on your resource(s), it's time to dive in. Study one card every day, starting with the major arcana. Read about different variations of the Fool's Journey. Draw up some charts for quick reference. Do spreads for all kinds of questions, and see how the cards relate to each other. It's perfectly fine to look up correspondences and meanings as you go. Eventually, with repetition, you'll better remember what the cards mean, and be able to relate the cards to each other in a spread.
