Who is the woman?

I've been seeing a woman spirit in my dreams and in places in my home. She has the native american or dark haired complexion. She is completely beautiful, and when i lay in my bed with anxieties, she tends to calm them. I'm not crazy knowledgeable with some spirits. What kind of entity or spirit us she?

I also do need to mention that when I first moved into my home, I got sleep paralysis and some anxiety. That ended a couple months ago. It seems the female spirit and I are strongly connected.

With so little information the only thing I could guess is Asdzaa Nadleehe, the changing lady, or White painted woman, or Moon Woman. They're all the same figure from different tribes essentially. She represents transition, usually between like and death, youth and old age, etc. But she could also represent the change from mental instability to mental stability, I suppose.
