Hi guys i need help with understanding a dream. So today i woke up, everything was normal, i went outside with some frends and after 3 - 4 hours i started feeling very bad. So i went home and immediately went to sleep. I had a really strange dream. I was in my home city and peaple were in panic. I went to the subway but everything felt so strange. Suddenly i looked around me and realised the reality was falling apart. It was like glitching. The reality was glitching. So i escaped from the subway and i appeared in a car talking to a woman. She was on some kind of quest looking for someone and She had to do something but She didn't know who send her and didn't had any memories from her past. She was really self - confident but something was off about out her. I started arguing with her how She can't blindly follow orders from someone She don't know or remember, i told her that She can't live in the present if She don't know her past and that if She don't know her past She Will not have a future and for all eternity She Will be stuck looking for someone who She has never seen. ( reaaly confusing) When i argued with her i Suddenly realised that She wasn't real. I told her that she isn't human, that she was a robot of some kind. When i told her that i teleported to my old appartment and started looking for my mom and step dad. They weren't there and i felt really scared becouse i knew that no matter what they would be there. I started calling them but their phones were forgotten in the appartment. I felt very scared, sad and alone. Suddenly the appartment was very dark, cold and i started to panic. My face started to feel very hot and i had blood taste in my mouth. When i looked in the mirror my face was covered in blood. It was coming out of my mouth, my nose, my eyes, my scalp. I felt alone like no one would help me. A gun appeared in my left hand and i wanted to shoot myself but then i woke up. I felt ill when i woke up and i measured my temperature and had very High temperature.
Please if someone can help me understand this dream and if you can give me advice how i can stop my nightmares becouse they appear too often and i can't deal with them constantly.
I actually think your dream was just linked into you're current emotion. With your body sick it caused the nightmare. To stop nightmares are impossible to do, since nightmares come and go, but there is a way to try and slow it down.
Look after yourself
Try your best to look after your body the best way you can, eat the right food, cut down on junk food, eat proper meals before bed and not surgery or salty snacks and drink water a lot more frequently.
Remove yourself from stress
Nightmares often occur when our bodies are stress. Try and step away from places that may be causing you stress, this can be toxic relationships, overworking or overdoing a task at hand.
Spend time in nature
Nature brings a peaceful energy to you, try and mediate out in nature during the day and mediate before bed.
Regular sleeping pattern
Try to wake up and go to bed every night at the same time.
Dream catches
You can either buy these online and hang them over your bed, or you can make one. Dream catches have been placed above children beds so the child can get sleep. Adults also place dream catches over beds to help them sleep better and have less nightmares.
While nightmares also have meaning to do with a person waking life, like dreams then you could try and figure out an answer that best suits you. Teleportation in dreams could often symbolic a person in a rush wanting to get something done quickly and there for may not be showing their true best. What you had been saying to the woman, might be something you need to hear in the current time. Trying not to be reckless or chasing after something that you might not even want in the end.
