I'd consider herbs from the nightshade family.

There is also a webpage I found that lists a few ingredients mostly herbal for cursing, banishing and the like.

Let me see if I can pull it up: https://enevowholyer.org/2018/02/10/magickal-correspondences-for-banishing-cursing-and-hexing/

The site also suggests spicy things as well. It lists quite a few.

Hope you find this helpful.

Like most things, consider the nature of your desired outcome, and look for plants that represent or are associated with those things.

One example is if you want the person to have more difficulty in escaping the consequences of her actions, burr's would be very apropos. Consider how even the slightest careless brush with one of those plants leaves you entangled with dozens of the little things, and how hard they are to get off. Those suckers go nowhere until you stop your games, sit down, and deliberately pick them out.

Spear-grass seeds would be another good one as they also poke in and don't come out easily. Usually also not without a fair bit of discomfort.

I wouldn't consider this an herb but thorns would work well from what I have read.

Not that I am against curses, for they do teach people lessons they may not learn another way, but I do caution against certain ways of going about things. Remember one places themselves on the scale of justice as they focus on the manifestation or desired result. There is a price too for such things whether one believes it or not. I suggest calamus root to aid in the establishment of control over the poppet.
