Wind in The Trees

For a long time, I have believed that the sound of the wind in the trees has signified something. Kind of like a foreign language. You know it means something, but you can not understand it. I have not found any information online. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Something to meditate on. While I haven't heard them speak in English or human language, I know what you mean. They have their own voices and like many relationships it takes time to form a bond with them. Maybe just chat along side a tree you are drawn to, and when the time is right.

Find a stick and place it in the ground, this would be your link not only to Mother Earth, but also the tree itself. You can meditate on this standing up, or whatever your comfortable with. Just allow yourself to be, and allow the tree to be as will. It might take time, or it might happen right away, but listen carefully to the tree beside you. Try not to do it to hard, it's all about balance and patience. The ocean itself has its own language as will, but the one I've experienced is quite cheeky. If you are drawn to it, than afterwards thank the tree, and leave a offering. This could be just as simple as water.

Native American mythology might have something you are trying to find, but it's really more about experiencing this one.
