Lark is right i would hit up that shielding link she sent, i also just want to add when you put thought into it your feeding the negative. Learn how to shield out, and forget about others people's negative and focus on your positive, even if you shield if you give it to much thought your only inviting the problem back in. Good luck on your situation many of us can probably say we have worked with "that type of person" before in a work area, but it is manageable. Below is a technique i have developed that has been working for me for months, i used the relaxation ritual in Modern Magick by Donald Michael Kraig and what i already knew about shielding to aid in to its making and has not failed me, again good luck!
My Basic Shielding Technique
Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
Close your eyes.
Focus on your breathing, in through the nose, out through the mouth. Do this for a few minutes or until your breathing steady.
Release your thought's of the negative, shut down time find your "zone".
Visualize now a white glorious light shining down from above you, even if you do believe you can see believe that it is there because it is.
Allow the light to pierce the top of your head and begin to soak in, let it flow down through the neck, torso, hands, waist, and feet.
Picture where your feeling these negative attacks, focus your light to that location and mend the cracks you see, if you can not see them just know they are there, know and believe the light is filling it all up like cement and smothering the .
Let the light travel and fix where you feel deep down where the mends are and use the light to fix it up.
After you may open your eye's and go grab something to eat, and remember forget about the drama, believe in the light, and don't allow someone else to think they have power over you.
Get some good new age music you like going. Then burn sage incense with sandlewood pine incense. Also a 15 minutes of meditation focusing on golden light of positive strengthen your personal shields good luck.
