Spells to ward off bullie

I’m 40-something and have been bullied since I can recall. There’s just something about me that attracts negative energy. I thought once I left high school, that it would be over. Watching grown women (mostly women) act like 15 yo school girls makes me feel so sad, but it also makes me angry, resentful and embarrassed because one girl in particular makes me feel so anxious that I’m constantly making mistakes and my mind goes blank, which in turn makes others think I’m stupid. I know I have a lot to learn in magick and metaphysics, but I really just want these childish women to leave me alone. I want to use the intent for them to just stop the bullying behaviours.

Well I'm staring down the big three-oh this year, and have been dealing with bullies since I was about 5 [even had some work drama myself until recently, and even then occasional gossip does occur] I've learned a few things over the year, and I've come across a few spells that might help. My first thought after reading your post is you seem to lack courage or self esteem. This one woman who makes your nervous and causes you to feel this way wouldn't bother you as much if you grew some thicker skin. She might also be a projection of your shadow, so perhaps reflect on her as a person and see if there's things that stick out to you [she reminds you of someone from the past, she likes to gossip while you don't, she's charismatic and you're not. Whatever it is, try journaling until you hit the cause. A simple method is the why method. I don't like her, why, because she gossips, why does she gossip, because she doesn't want to work, why does that bother me, because...]

I would do a few things to try and rebuild from here. Start with a basic cleansing/protection to start fresh, then do a courage spell. A simple one is to light an orange candle and visualize yourself with more confidence at work. [wearing orange can have a similar effect] I would also write a simple affirmation/chant to say daily as needed [i am stronger than I am given credit, for example]

As for the people themselves, I've learned not to give them fuel, so as hard as it may be, stick to very basic conversation [did you finish that training? I saw that new movie. I'm playing it by ear this weekend.] if you keep details to a minimum and don't say too much at work gives people less to gossip about and eventually will get bored. If you work a desk job consider making a simple stealth altar [a few pretty rocks and a plant look like decorations when you are really using them to ground and calm yourself when needed] you might also consider redesigning your work space if possible. The energy is old and stagnant so simple changes like decluttering or adding a picture of somewhere you find relaxing can freshen up the space.

Now, as for the bullies. If you prefer working with angels you could try Michaels flaming shield:

Burn frankincense and myrrh [i've seen both of these as incense at the dollar store as well as walmart so you can find some] if you have something dedicated to Archangel Michael [picture, statue, candle] use that too. Relax and clear your mind [meditate for a bit] when ready say:

Michael to the right of me, Michael to the left of me,
Michael above me, Michael bellow me,
Michael within me, Michael all around me,
Michael with your flaming sword of cobalt blue,
Protect me today!

Then disprove your sistuation and ask for protection from your bullies. [i would also leave an offering of some kind to him, but I've never worked with angels so i don't know what he would want]

I do have plenty of other spells for you to try, but I suggest trying these out for a month or two before trying something else. Best of luck to you.
