No this spell isn't real.

General guide, If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

A spell to allow you to grant unlimited wishes sounds like something from a fantasy book, and isn't possible in the real world.

The person who posts the spell claims the following:
"You can grant wishes for everyone, including yourself.

They're unlimited.

The will be granted instantly."

The spell includes the following:
"I shall grant unlimited wishes instantly,

No matter how impossible"

I think that is more than enough to scream how unrealistic this spell is.

Death, a spell is a ritual wish. A wish spell is wishing to make a wish. It accomplishes nothing.

The person posting spells on that YouTube channel has other videos instructing how to cast spells to become a god or goddess, make your nose smaller, become a mermaid, change skin color, change eye shape, and even less realistic, and more abstract ideas. It is clear that this person has no root in actual magic, but is a roleplayer, a fluff, or just a fool.
