As a lover of sage, I can't blame you! Common kitchen sage (what you're probably raving in taste) is delicious especially when paired with a rich citrus base!

(Sorry, I simply love discussing recipes! If you're still craving a sage after this, send me a message and I'll give you my favorite sage + orange sauce. It goes wonderfully on turkey, chicken, or pork. Sage is for purification but also for grief support. Orange is for love and happiness. It's my favorite pick me up for bad times. Maybe you just really want to have some.)

As for craving sage, do you eat it a lot? Cravings usually center around food and eating. You crave a food usually because your mind associates with it and your body needs a vitamin or mineral from it. If you cook with sage as often as I do, your body might just be telling yourself you have a vitamin deficient.
(According to google, sage contains, "fiber, vitamin A, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, and B vitamins such as folic acid, thiamin, pyridoxine, and riboflavin in much higher doses than the recommended daily requirements, plus healthy amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E, thiamin, and copper.")

I'm not a doctor. I would advise you talk to one if these cravings get worse. It could be a sign of something else or a worse condition.

Other things your craving could be:
* An association with sage and savory foods. Maybe you're craving something savory. Sage is often cooked into richer meals for formal events and celebrations
* A sign of pregnancy. Any extreme random craving could be, that is if you're sexually female. It could also be because of your cycle.

Otherwise? I'd say you're fine. Take a quick breath in and out, pour yourself a bath and calm down. Nothing is wrong here. You're absolutely fine.
