Forehead Pain

Starting with deciding to work with dragon magick, I've noticed that I had a very painful migraine for 3 days radiating from just above in between my two eyebrows. So, naturally I did some reading. Apparently my third eye has opened, and from a chakra test, it looks like that and a few other chakras were opened at some point as well. The migraines did eventually go away, but I've noticed the pain comes back after doing spells, messing with my friend's tarot cards, and after a session we decided to do to communicate with some spirits lurking around her house. I'm also generally drained afterwards. I've been trying to do things to regenerate some energy since I thought maybe that was the problem, but nothing really seems to speed up the process. Any advice from more experienced witches?

Pain is the way your body tells you that something is wrong. If the pain persists when doing something specific it is a pretty good indicator that you should not be doing that. There are any number of reasons that this may be the case. I would suggest finding a knowledgeable teacher who can instruct you properly. I would also recommend starting with basics and not going too fast.
