Covens

Does anyone know of any covens locates in or near Windsor Ontario Canada ?

You should have a look on Witch Vox, they tend to have a lot of covens listed and you can select an area to look at.

I would be wary of Witch Vox and similar sites. A lot of the so called covens are predators attempting to lure in young teens, from my experience.

The open circle I attend is listed on witchvox. It is hosted at a Unitarian Universalist Church and is very safe. You just have to do a fair amount of your own research on any groups or covens before you attend them. Some of them even have Facebook reviews as well.
