Energy problems
By: / Beginner
So I know how to cast spells and do my own rituals, so that's not the issue here. The problem is that when I try to focus on one point my mind scatters and automatically sends out negative energy out into the spell or the item I am charging or blessing.

Please don't tell me to meditate because i know for sure meditation is not for me.

Will the energy fade away if I don't think about it or worry too much? I don't want to spoil my spell and if you have a solution to this problem, besides meditation, please tell me.

Meditation is not for everyone, and even masters of it can suffer from errant or wandering thoughts! Consider visualization as an alternative strategy to marshal, focus, and direct your energies. Visualize your spell and the intent of it as perhaps a flame growing within you. Attach whatever emotions might be appropriate to that energy, and stoke those emotions, amplifying them. In your mind's eye, see the flame growing and intensifying. When the energy has reached a fever pitch, think of your body as a conduit or vessel, and cast it out of you whether as a spell or into the object you might be charging or blessing. With practice, the generation and projection of energy through visualization can become habitual. Wishing you positive energies!

Sounds to me like youre focusing too hard youre stressing yourself out. Instead of focusing on one point of your intent let your thoughts and body be more relaxed and flow like water. If a stray thought happens, let it float by as long as your attention can still be on what you are doing.

It could also be a sign from your subconscious that the two things are related or telling you you might have something else you should be putting energy towards instead, like some unfinished buisiness you have been ignoring.

Its always good to make sure all your ducks are in a row before you begin spellcasting, that way you have the least amount of anxiety amd distractions possible.
