Annointing oil help?

Hello there, I'd like some tips on how to make some anointing oil myself for 2 mojo/gris gris bags. One will be for self love and another for money. I was thinking of making moon water and putting lavender oil for the self love one, would this work? Are there any specific ways that I should do this? Please help me out. I can't seem to find anything except to buy the oils myself. Thank you! Namaste
