Thoughts on the Coven

What do you think of a the Coven currently?
Do you have any suggestions that could improve it?

There's always that issue of inactivity and how to actually unite this coven and make it a sort of community to share our methods of practice and magick....

But I've no idea how to solve that one wholly.
