There are people finding resources available.

Divination might give you a vague idea. Even people well-practiced in remote viewing will have snippets of her current environment at best, and not an exact address -- certainly not an email or telephone number.

But you will likely come off as quite stalkerish, no matter how you somehow end up with information to contact her.
