You could try occult bookstores in your area, perhaps meetups of practitioners may have some items listed for sale, or know some craftspeople who make them.
A lot of items people use are either not specific to the occult, or are thing they make themselves for the purpose. This makes the items more personal and specific to the intent of the work and practice. Some traditions require (or at least strongly encourage) constructing all of the tools involved.
Many occult items are completely mundane, just used for the purposes of occult practice. For example, an altar may be a piece of furniture like a night stand, side table, or the like.
In almost every town I've lived in there's was always at least one occult or metaphysical shop within a 25-50 mile radius. Google some small shops near you. Sometimes they'll have just what you're looking for, and you'll be supporting local, small businesses!
Thrift stores are great places to find stuff like cauldrons and stuff like Bolines and even wands. Just make sure you cleans the dickens out of them before using them. I've gotten candle holders, a cauldron, chalices and even a dragon sculpture for the alter from Thrift Stores or flea markets.
Then there's places like occult shops online or in your area. Seasonal sales in regular stores are also a treasure trove of finds :)
