I rarely resort to crafting when it comes to specific people but in this case I'm at my wits end and believe that casting a spell would be my last option!
I have been with my partner for 3 years. We both want to stay together and build a life. EVERYTHING is great except for the lack of sexual chemistry. We're both fairly attractive but thats not the issue its just that the physical desire is lacking. This is more her issue as if she wanted me more I wouldnt have an issue but since she feels a lack of physical desire for me it affects my desire naturally.

You should not do it. If she does not like it then to bad. You do NOT make someone do something besides there will!!! I hate having someone push me around because I'm a girl, And I think that she'll agree with me. What you want is wrong. Ask her get her Permission first.
There are many reasons as to why sexual chemistry may have deminished within a relationship, these can be:
Physical
Medical
Mental
Have you talked with your partner, asked what is going wrong, try to undertstand it from her point of view?
The fact that you are solely blaming your partner for the lack of sexual chamistry in a relationship (containing two individuals) is a very unhealthy attitude. If there is a problem within a relationship and you want to resolve it, it is both parties that must contribute to resolving the issue, not pushing blame on the other.
No one should be forced into a sexual relationship if they are not interested, magick does not change morals, if she does not want to participate then that is her decision and she is entitled to that decision, this would also go for males who do not want a sexual realtionship.
Communication is the key in situations like this, sit down, and talk, try to find the deep routed reason as to why there is no sexual chemistry and try to fix the damage rather than trying to patch over it with a spell.
I'm inclined to agree with the others on this one. And anyway, it wouldn't work. Unless you're incredibly powerful, you can't make someone change their mind.
