Rune Divination

I've been trying to learn more about divination through runes, and I don't fully understand how it works. I know that the runes mean different things, but I don't understand how to cast the runes and read them correctly. If anyone can explain it to me, that would be much appreciated. Here are some great books about casting the runes that I suggest for anyone seriously wishing to study them:

" Taking Up The Runes" by Diana Paxson

"Runelore" by Edred Thorsson

"At the Well of Wyrd" by Edred Thorsson
