does anybody know any spells that transform u into an animal or another person

i think there is spell for animal and human transformation but i don't know it. But i must tell you i heard if you want change your gender i am not saying that you are but if don't do if you want to do because i heard it can cause insianty and urine problems some person did it in India i think. Don't know if what i said is revel vent but i hope it helped
