What is energy to you?

Energy is an eternal (life) force, that everyoneeverything has. It goes by many names (chi, mana, prana, ki, aether, ect.), and is considered the 5th element of nature. When someone uses ALL of their energy, die, and then their body breaks down into other things, one of wich is energy (to replace what they used). It also retains the properties of the 4 elements. Like air/wind, you can feel it, but not see it. Like fire, it produces warmth. Like water, it has no form. Like earth, it is available to us at all times( only in the natural world). Energy is represented by the "Dodecahedron", wich is a shape made up of 12 pentagons. Energy is used very much in spell casting, and spells work better if you can manipulate energy.
