Necronomicon spirits

I am wanting to work with spirits in the Necronomicon Spell Book to help me attract a guy I know that recently came out to me as bisexual.

And while I am going to ask him out which would be the absolutely best spirit or spirits to work with seeing as he is having to get used to being out of the closet?

Also what advice could you give me on making the ritual in the Necronomicon Spell Book more effective?

What would I have to do to develop a working relationship with those spirits?

And what offerings and prayers would you suggest to which spirits you suggest?

Well, you'll probably get about as far as disappointment with this one. The necronomicon is after all a work of fiction based on the fictional writings of H.P. Lovecraft.
You don't need to summon some fake creature to do what you need to do. (even if they were real, the great old ones of Lovecraftian mythos wouldnt be the right ones to work with to meet a person of interest) You really just need to be you and speak to the person. Courage.

As previously stated, the Necronomicon is a work of fiction. I also recommend you not to go diving into Necromancy simply because you want to attract a guy, it's disrespectful towards the practice and the spirits. If your serious about Necromancy, then you should realize that it requires much study and you can't just go ahead and "summon" up a entity for your little love issue. I recommend talking to him rather than trying to conjure up spirits to do the work for you.

I'm not talking about the Tyson Necronomicon i'm talking about the Simon one that is actually based around Sumerian/Babylonian Religion as well as pagan/ceremonial magicK

Just as everyone said previously, just go speak with the guy. Using magic to try and control someone's heart isnt right. Its selfish and if you are inexperienced it will do more harm than help.

Let me give you a little different perspective than the others here. Their advice is valid, and is actually what I suggest you follow, but here is a little bit of a second opinion.

You craft the world by your perception of it. If you associate strongly with the spirits named in the Necronomicon, and you feel a connection to those works, there is no reason they shouldn't work for you. However, the magick must be your own. If you truly feel this strong a connection with the Necronomicon, you must find which entities within it work best for you for this particular act, you must discover them and speak with them on your own, you must decide which of them is right for the job, and you must find the proper method of calling them up.

Use what is written in the Necronomicon as a template, but make the rituals specific to you. For example, I don't always use a chart of magickal correspondences in my rituals, but rather choose stones and herbs and other correspondences based on my own experiences and intuition.

In the end, true magick is all about altering your perception of the universe. By calling on Shub-Niggurath to seduce this guy, what you are really doing is altering your own subconscious mind into believing that the spirits have claimed him for you, thereby causing you to "know," deep within yourself, that you should have no fear in walking up to him and asking him out. By altering your perception of reality, you are giving yourself the power to shape it. If the spell fails, you may try again, or it may be revealed unto you that this person has some traits that are not necessarily ones you would want in a partner and thus the spirits have protected you from making a mistake.

But please be careful, and remember that, should you really use magick to dominate his mind, you are acting on selfish desires that could hurt him and come back to bite you. No good relationship has ever started by force. In thirty years of practicing the art, and in a great many relationships, I never once used magick to seduce and subdue a partner, simply to help me find one.

The ancients wouldn't be a good source of help for that... That would be more of a crossroad demon thing. Shub is the daughter of the Darkness. A near completely unknown entity mentioned in ALL religions as evil. So, if that is correct, Shub might inherent the evil of the Darkness. But usually if you call apon and old one or an outer god, it devours you for what it would call wasting its time.

Not saying it wont happen or its impossible, but if you call upon the wrong entity, it will most likely devour you. For where it slumbers there is no food or drink. So best bet may be a crossroads demon. I'd suggest you to use love magic or try to seduce him yourself. Nothing is impossible.
