Support at long distance

Person precious to me is moving in another country which is pretty far away from the place i live in i know this kind of magic requires strong feelings and strong abilities but still i don't know how it's done in a right way i mean should i use thing,object that will represent person i aim to support or i don't know so that's why i am asking some readers may question what i mean in support so let me tell u in "support" i mean making his mental side a lot stronger so he won't fall in depression he won't lose to nostalgia and stuff. and what i really want this magic to deliver is that make him feel that there is someone rooting for him so he'll always be motivated.
